Ordering Guide

For you to buy your favorite watch more conveniently and quickly, here is the ordering guide.

Ordering Process:

1. Confirm the model and amount

You can order directly on the website and the system will automatically send you an email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

There are too many models; we haven’t uploaded all of them on the website yet. If you can’t find your preferred watch, please send us a message on our WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

2. Payment

Once you place an order, you will see the payment page; alternatively we can send you a payment link on your email or on your WhatsApp/Telegram.

3. Quality Control (QC)

We will send you QC pictures and video of the watch chosen by you and once you approve it, we will ship it to you.

Feel free to ask us to replace it with a new one if there’s any dissatisfaction.

4. Shipping

After you confirm the QC and we have received payment, we will send it to you as soon as possible. Usually we send tracking info within 1-2 days.

While placing an order on the website, please fill in the full address, name, telephone number and zip/postal code of the country.

– Payment method

As China’s financial regulation is becoming more and more strict, many payment methods are no longer feasible. I hope you understand.

Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency is the best option for us.

If the Cryptocurrency option is not suitable for you, we can accept PayPal.

 – Shipping Methods

We will choose the safest and fastest transportation method at present according to your country.

Express shipping available shipping methods are: Yanwen Express, SF Express, FedEx, UPS, DHL and more.

Most countries will arrive in 10-14 working days, sometimes it might take countries 15-20 days, but in some cases depending on your location you might receive your watch in 7-8 days.

Warning!!!: Please double-check your shipping address and make sure it’s correct (Street, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Telephone number). If the package can’t deliver because of wrong address we don’t provide any warranty for your order. Thank you for your understanding.

– Track the Shipping

Most tracking info takes 1-2 days to update. DHL updates slowly and sometimes DHL will provide a new number to track the package. If you still can’t get tracking info updates after 5 days, please contact us, we’ll check it with the shipping company.

Once your order is placed, we ensure that your watch arrives punctually and in pristine condition. You can track your shipment’s progress using the provided tracking number.

All packages are carefully cushioned and packaged to prevent damage during transit. We guarantee that your order will match your specifications exactly. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.

You can also go to 17track.net, enter the tracking number and select the corresponding carrier to track your order.

– Box and papers/certificates

Only the watch will be shipped if not stated differently. You can choose a box and certificates as an add-on to your order. Different prices for different grades of boxes, please confirm with us.

– Warranty

1. We guarantee that the watch will be in perfect condition before we send it out.
2. If the watch is detained by customs or lost, we will resend a new watch.
3. Our customers have 1 month from the point of shipment arrival to tell us if there are any defects with your watches. We will give it to the makers to repair your watch free of charge so you need to ship it back to us. Shipping costs to us will be on you, the customers. Then when repair is done, shipping back to customers will be on us. Repair timeframes can take up to a month.
If it’s outside the 1 month period, customers can still ship their watch back to us for repair, but there may be repair costs. Also, both-way shipping costs will be on the customers in that case.
